The number of ASI participants (students) is limited to 70 coming from NATO and Partner countries. All students are encouraged to make a presentation, including a short oral report (5 min) followed by a poster presentation, and to submit a manuscript. The official language of the ASI will be English.
Financial support covering lodging, a booklet of abstracts, and a copy of the proceedings (in a total sum of 400 Euro) may be granted to students from NATO and Partner countries eligible to receive NATO funding, upon their request during the application. The Partner countries eligible for financial support are marked with * in the list below, those marked with ** are eligible to obtain up to 80% support. In general, no travel support will be provided, only in a few exceptional cases for participants from Eligible Partner countries.
For other candidates, the fee is 450 Euro, which covers the same costs.*$
