The duration of the lectures will be 45 min + 15 min Q&A; of the seminar talks – 25 min + 5 min Q&A.
The presentations of the ASI students will be divided according to their topics into three poster sessions which will take place in the afternoons and will consist of two parts:
- short oral presentation (5 min) – please, use the time to introduce the scientific problem you are working on and to attract the attention of the audience to your poster, rather than to try to summarize all your results in 5 min, it means max. 4-5 slides per presentation;
- poster presentations immediately after all oral presentations from this session, where you will have enough time to present your results to the other ASI participants.
